A few years ago as I was being led through my own initial awakening process, I was intuitively guided to start journaling. The more I journaled, the more clarity I found and the more I trusted the direction the universe was leading me.

Being born a highly skeptical intuitive, I have found over the years that the journaling process helps my logical mind understand and accept what my intuition already knows. If you are being moved through a period of self-discovery and enlightenment, trust the process but more importantly, TRUST IN YOURSELF.
